Booking Confirmation
The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment in accordance with the agreed terms.
Garamonds reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the event of non payment within the established deadlines.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the type of stay, the property and the time of year. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following standard conditions apply:
– Cancellation up to 30 days prior to the check in date Full refund of 100 percent of the accommodation amount
– Cancellation from 29 to 14 days prior to check in No refund of the accommodation amount
– Cancellation less than 14 days prior to check in or no show
No refund, the full amount will be retained
Any additional services already arranged or booked may be non refundable.

Booking Modifications
Any requests to modify dates or number of guests are subject to availability and must be agreed in writing.
Garamonds does not guarantee the possibility of modifications once the reservation has been confirmed.

Number of Guests
The maximum number of guests permitted is the one indicated in the booking confirmation.
Access to the property by non registered or unauthorized persons is not permitted unless prior written approval has been granted.

Use of the Property
The property is intended exclusively for private stays and for respectful use of the spaces, furnishings and surrounding environment.
Events, parties or activities not previously agreed upon are not permitted.

Liability
The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings or equipment during the stay.
Garamonds reserves the right to request compensation for any damages identified.

Privacy
Personal data provided will be processed in compliance with applicable regulations and used exclusively for purposes related to the management of the stay.

Security Deposit
For each reservation, a security deposit of € 2,000.00 is required.
The deposit will be requested prior to arrival and will be fully and immediately refunded after check out, subject to verification of the condition of the property and the absence of damages.
In the event of damage to the property, furnishings or equipment, Garamonds reserves the right to retain all or part of the deposit, following prior communication to the guest.
